3. Counter-Notification Process

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the takedown notice or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Action Upon Receipt of DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible for the content.
  • If a valid counter-notification is received, we will notify the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Templix Reel Maker is not liable for any damages resulting from the removal of content in response to a DMCA notice or counter-notice.

7. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. Ensure the accuracy of your claims before submitting.
