Welcome to Templix! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Templix ("Application"), owned and operated by Leapixel Private Limited. By downloading, accessing, or using Templix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Application.

2. Definitions

  • "Application" refers to Templix, our reel creation platform.
  • "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Application.
  • "Templates" refers to pre-designed video layouts available in the Application.
  • "Stock Videos" refers to video content sourced from publicly available platforms or third-party services.
  • "Audios" refers to music and soundtracks made available within the Application, sourced from public domains, licensed repositories, or user-generated content.

3. Use of Templix

3.1 General Use

Users may use Templix to create reels using:

  • Pre-designed templates.
  • Stock videos.
  • Audios provided within the Application.

3.2 User Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Users must not upload or use any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

4.1 Templates and Stock Videos

  • All templates provided in the Application are the exclusive property of Templix and are licensed to users for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.
  • Stock videos are sourced from publicly available platforms or licensed repositories. Their use is governed by the terms of their respective providers.

4.2 Audios

Audios available in the Application are either sourced from public domains, licensed platforms, or created by Templix. Credits for licensed or sourced audios will be provided where applicable.

4.3 User-Generated Content

  • Any content created by the user using Templix remains the property of the user.
  • By creating and exporting reels using Templix, the user grants Templix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional and marketing purposes, unless the user opts out in writing.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  1. Copying, modifying, or distributing templates, stock videos, or audios without proper authorization.
  2. Using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  3. Attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or replicate the Application or its components.
  4. Uploading content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including templates, designs, stock videos, audios, and software, are owned by Templix or its licensors.

6.2 Trademarks

"Templix" and its logo are trademarks of Leapixel Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Templix is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
  • Leapixel Private Limited shall not be held liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
