User Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
2. Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.
3. Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
4. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App or its license to any third party.
5. Attempt to access or interfere with the App's source code, security features, or servers.

3. Ownership

The App, including but not limited to its software, templates, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by the Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

4. User Content

1. Responsibility: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the App. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.
2. License to Us: By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the App.

5. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new features to improve the App. You agree that these updates may be automatically installed without prior notification, and this Agreement will apply to such updates.

6. Fees and Payments

1. Some features of the App are available for free, while others require payment or subscription.
2. All payments are processed through the App Store or Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
3. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

1. This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company.
2. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App without notice if you breach any terms.
3. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease all use.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of United States, excluding its conflict of law principles.
2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with US state arbitration rules.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
